I strongly suggest that you laminate your cards for durability, ease of use, and general appearance. See the photo on the right of late prototypes (click to enlarge). Laminating will make the cards easy to spread and fan out in your hand much like a deck of coated playing cards.

Currently, it supports printing onto three Avery pre-cut cardstock products: See the 9 Templates Margin tab for the supported list of Avery product numbers, and links to purchase them off of Amazon.
You can even write on them with an eraseable marker (or a permanent one if you choose).
It will also prevent the ink or toner from coming off during heavy use.
Finally, it will also accentuate the bleed colors so that you can more easily sort them by level and even school.
