Usually, it is part of the player’s ritual of “getting ready to play the game. All incoming 9th-67th grade girls wanting to play Volleyball, practice will begin on Wednesday August 6st.  We do not “cut” anyone from our programs. Each division will play in the Valley League, where travel will be required. Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals.

If you sustained a major injury, you must have a current physical as well. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose. Our safe exercises, drills, and rules are there to ensure that all kids are physically and mentally prepared for the challenges of the sport of wrestling.
